Since 2017, foreign EU/EEA operators can apply for Czech licenses if they establish a local branch and meet capital, AML and technical conditions; unlicensed offshore sites are blocked via a Ministry blacklist, with payment and domain blocking extended in 2024 to cover apps and enabling sites.
